Danielle Cooke, General Manager
I joined Dos Toros in 2018 as an Assistant Manager. I have learned so much since then. What sets us apart is the passion that is put into everything we do. I have worked with many great leaders, and now as a General Manager, I am able to give back by assisting in the growth of others and help them succeed here as I have. It is exciting knowing that the opportunities are there for continued success.

I have been working at Dos Toros for several years. I came in as a Toro, and worked towards becoming an assistant GM, and was then given the opportunity to become a general manager and run my own restaurant. Now I am a Training General Manager, helping train and develop future managers. I like to stay positive and encourage growth within others. I always try to help others, because you never know how much a difference it can make to those around you.

When I started with Dos Toros, I worked hard to first become a Trainer. Then, I got the opportunity to became an Assistant Manager and I continued to work on myself. Yes, there have been a few challenges down the road, yet I always maintained positivity and never gave up. At the end of 2023, I became a General Manager of my own Dos Toros restaurant, and I could not be happier about my growth here.
